We're back on deck. After a few months away, Ship or Sink returns. Same format, same pressure, same stakes.

Bring a project, an idea, or just yourself. You've got 2 hours to build something and show it off. No tutorials, no fluff. Just real code, real decisions, and the clock ticking down.

You either ship or you sink.

Open to everyone. Devs, designers, product people, anyone who likes to make things. You don't need to come with a team or a plan. A lot of past builders showed up solo and left with new friends, future coworkers, and projects they're still working on today.

What to expect:

• Build something from scratch in 2 hours, solo or with whoever you meet
• The messy middle of making things: debugging, pivoting, shipping
• Learn by osmosis: architecture choices, tooling, shortcuts that actually work
• Demos at the end. Applause guaranteed, quality not.

Whether you're shipping your first thing or your fiftieth, pull up a chair.
